The Dawn Poem by rhona fabi

The Dawn

Rating: 5.0

The dawn caught me this sad
and noticed that I feel bad.
The dawn tried to entertained me
but be happy is what I can't be.

The dawn asked my 'why? '
but pleased me not to tell lie.
I said because of a simple 'Goodbye...
with it, you know I wanna die.'

The dawn looked into my eyes,
just before the pain in me subside.
The dawn witnessed the moment I cried
then told me 'Move on, please try.'

Oh, how can I recover from this
when nothing but he, I only miss?
To forget I know I must be busy,
but I still see myself going crazy.

'Goodbye' is what I always have in mind.
Oh, fool like I am loosing kind.
For pushing myself to carry on,
when it's he I think from dust 'til dawn.
