Then you left me for him
and you proved these poems
are full of lies
but i want you to know
ill be waiting until forever dies

i was so scared
and you came in
i wanted to tell you
but you went with him

i just want you to realize
you dont need him
stay true, stay you
ever since you went with him
he did nothing but change you

you need to realize
and i have to admit
i hope you think the same
that you and I are a fit

i know i sound cheesy right now
but ill be real here
ive seen alot of pretty girls
a thousand from there to here
i can make all of them form a line
and God give me a sign, but i already knew
that theres an angel in my line
and that angel is you

maybe now you know,
maybe now i dont have to hide
now i know you'll always be right by my side
maybe one day
ill be able to show
what true happiness is, then you'll know
