The Death Of Someone Known Or Unknown Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Death Of Someone Known Or Unknown

I am torn
Like an orphaning fawn
I mourn
The sad death of someone
Who is unknown
To me. How sad, we were born
To die, to be torn
By the feeling of losing
A legendary person.

Such news is devastating
Not happy at all
I do not feel tall
Today. Though the sun
Is out there, there is no fun
Without the rays being hot
Without the naked nun
On the dancing mat.

The moon is cold
Let me unfold
The story. Death does not smile
She has an eerie style
Today, we are alive
No matter how we strive
We will die tomorrow
What a tragedy! What a sorrow!

I am torn
I am mourning
This early morning
The abrupt passing
Of someone who was born
A few years ago
One day, all must go
We must follow the road to Heaven
Without fuss, without pain.
