Detachment doesn't mean no-attachment.
It is hard to be with no-attachment.
One can practice detachment at ease
If he understands what detachment is.

Detachment means not developing
An itch for an attachment with a thing.
It means no obsession with anyone.
It means no addiction to anything.

Be away from the attachments
That come out of possessiveness.
Enough, you practice detachment.
Enjoy what's there; ignore what's not there.
