The Dog Whisperer Poem by Lee Crowell

The Dog Whisperer

Rating: 4.9

I busted loose from my chain today
busted loose
from my chain
my dog chased me up and down
up and down around suppertime

fill my bowl with rice and beans
it's a hootin' and hollerin' time
my dog's got a cat and he licks her clean
it's a hootin' and hollerin' time

lickin' and sniffin' her night and day
and the dog life world says it's okay
it's okay it's okay
lickin' and sniffin' is quite okay

I'm gonna show my dog
I'm gonna lift my leg
gonna show him I can do more than beg
and he'll whisper that he understands
I'm just a boy in a dog life world

And I thought that you were just horse-ing around...as Bob Redford did in the 'Horse Whisperers'.....Good dog...lucky you..! Cheers. Subroto

It sings like a song Lee. There are quite a few chuckles from me. Your humor is priceless! 10 Karin Anderson
