The Down Of Me Poem by angelica arroyo

The Down Of Me

Rating: 5.0

My arms are inside in my clothes.
My tongue stuck between my teeth.
I’m not use to being here!
My life is sucking my mind.
Death rises over me
The light goes away, and the dark rapidly rises over.
The cage closes me in.
They swore I'll be free;
the angels become my demons
Let it be; I can’t resist just let me fall all over.
I’m alive! I’m alive! I can’t resist this let it take over me!
Let me see where I’m going...
Let me ride!
Let the demon show me the way in this darkness.
I can’t speak, and I can't breathe.
I’m not use to seeing.
Let everything burn in my dreams.
Let the fire rise again.
The darkness begins to beg for all the above.
I’m alone for this night, so let the demon rescue me!
I’m alive with the darkness.
Let him talk for me.
I fall without crashing, I rise without standing, I can’t see what is happening...
My arms and my demons rescue me....
