The Dream Poem by Jessica Howard

The Dream

A Dream of light, darkness controls the beating of your heart.
You hurt but yet you cry; scream, laugh, fake every smile, you feel trapped like a dove, love thats so precious, but your stronger than you think you are! ?

Why run, hide your real emotions? Your scared or your self? Why? Are the dreams getting to you? Are your worried? Please let me take every pain away, heart ache.

All I ever wanted to was kiss you again like it was our last.
Feel your heart beat again so I know it is our hug again.
I miss that voice of yours so soft, warm, welcoming but yet so stern.
I want to see them eyes again so I can see in to your soul and feel your emotions again!

If you loved me so much why throw me away like a roast dinner? I want you tell me that you don't love me the way you did before or was your lying to my face?
