The Duck's Feather



attacks
criticisms by others
sometimes, it has much more to do with them than with us.
If we always get caught up with their unconstructive energy
we lose touch with our real core

let certain things repel off from us,
like a duck just enjoying the swim
Its feather doesn’t get wet, with the water
