The End Of The Road Poem by Franchesca Mia Tortoza

The End Of The Road

I remember all I'd heard and seen
As I walked down this path of mine.
I hear once again the hiss of the lean
Snake, and the butterfly's soft whine.

I remember all the passing seasons
Whether it was sumer, autumn, winter, or spring,
I recall my memories in tons,
The either the snow or sun did bring.

I remember every passing hour
Of the times I walked down this way,
I see once more every single flower
That I picked in each passing day.

I remember every moment I did sieze;
Every single seed I reaped and sowed
I remembar all my precious memories
And I sigh, as I face the end of the road.
