The Evil Desire Poem by gbenga amusan

The Evil Desire

Rating: 4.5

Its no news our economy is in recession
men and women in depression
To get out is through good economic decision
The change we crave for yet to come
The system is now earn less, pay more
Children sorry to say no golden Moore
Its part of change if you have to settle for cassava flakes
The naira in free fall without a brake
my little dog rihabu no longer wag its tail
I guess I don't need to tell u in details
The other man found himself in detention
with hands and feet in chain
yet no tremendous positive change
Then I asked again, are you not the messiah?
well, am actually the evil u desire.
Dah Invictus September 2016.
