The Eye Glass Poem Poem by Stephanie Eve Kane Arado

The Eye Glass Poem

Furrowed brows
Touch lucite magnifiers
Tinted images litter landscapes
Crooked paths complicate convergence
Enabling cross-eyed communication
Tremulous teetering partial seeing
A one-legged hopscotch bounce
Down idea mine fields and media mazes
Dizzy - wiggling free
Out of mall fashioned barriers
Shattered bits escape
Through sidewalk cracks
Furrowed brows separate
And consider LASIK eye surgery
