The Family Closet Poem by summer james

The Family Closet

My famiy lives in a closet
distant but so close
My Mom a pair of clutsy red heels
always tries to help but never gets it right

My Cat, Snowball, a pair of snowboots
snuggly and warm, keeps me healthy and safe.
My brother, the leather jacket
the trouble maker, with broken parts.

My little brother, a new pair of sneakers
Squeak, squeak, squeak.
Me, the ripped pair of skinny jeans
Tried to fix the flaws, but it just left patches
