The Forest Poem by Blake Mason

The Forest

A walk in the forest is heavenly
It's makes you feel delightful
Creatures are bolting around
The leaves moving like they're in a hurry
Free-flowing rivers rushing
You halt to gaze at the sky
Clouds in motion like a movie scene
One cloud took the form of a rose
Then you catch a satisfying breath of fresh air
As an adult I forgot how lovely nature is
Being in this forest reminded me how satisfying it can be
And that a walk in the forest is heavenly
