The Golden Gate Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Golden Gate

Rating: 5.0

Life,
I am very content at the golden gate of love;
And, to share my views with you,
With the joy of my heart.

Love, peace, life!
Wait a while;
And, to study the muse of the laws,
At the golden gate of love.

Life,
Tenderly she spoke;
With the muse of her joy!
Under the ways of the law.

Muse,
To be loved once again;
Like gifts of pearls and gold in your hands,
And, with the joy of your heart.
