The Hitch-Hiker Poem by Becky Kay

The Hitch-Hiker

Different paths you will travel...
Different roads you will take...
Some will be bumpy,
Some will be a mistake.

Some are unpaved...
Others as smooth as glass...
Each one a journey,
Everyone your lifes path.

To reach your destination...
I hope for you each day...
To be safe in your travels,
In my heart I will pray.

The lonley roads that you travel...
Every step that you take...
Will lead you to memories,
That no one can take.

I hope that your journies...
Will help you find peace...
the closure you long for,
The new start that you need.

The end and the beginning...
As you said to me...
To finally start living,
Your life as it should be! ! !
