The Hollow Boy Should Give Himself Some More Credit Poem by Audrey Stephenson

The Hollow Boy Should Give Himself Some More Credit

Sorry to interupt you
But I feel there's something you should know
you see in the breathe of the breeze and the dance of the leaves, there's a song that you can't hear
And that the wind when it runs, it's as old as the sun
Remains as you dissapear
And the roots beneath your feet
as they're sleeping so sweet
well they hold the earth in place

Look at the people around you
Look at the people around you
Look at your fingerprints
