The Home You Were Poem by Ben Banda

The Home You Were

Rating: 4.5

Oh love!
what our dearest
home
you were
times before
rocky mountains
you turned!
which brought
with them
sweat and fatigue,
into our feelings,
into our hearts,
that arrived mightily,
on us faster to ride
as mortal chariots.
