The Intrusive Bully Poem by Shelley Wynona Williams

The Intrusive Bully

I have been a long time victim
and the bully has an eye.
Followed and harassed
and put down that I might cry.

People can be really mean
and they deny their acts.
They even point with blame
without looking at the facts.

There is danger crawling
and the bully says to die.
Taken down in many ways
by an intrusive spying eye.

I don't even have to speak
to be the victim of attack.
Every thought that I have
is spread behind my back.

The bully acts innocent
and hides behind excuse.
Any act of shame and hatred
is a form of deep abuse.

I have said 'Leave Me Alone! '
but the bully seems to stay.
The harassment is hidden
and the pain won't go away.
