The Lamest Poem Ever Poem by Rebekah Elmore

The Lamest Poem Ever

Children of drug use and child abuse,
We are the generation that sucks.
No revolutions left to live.
No answers left to give.
We've tapped ourselves dry
Of any care
We had for the human race.
Efforts now wasted on,
Generic forms of Viagra, and
Realer looking fake tans.
The dreams of peace, that we once had,
Have gone missing along with America.
All of their promises are left and
Forgotten.
Replaced with propaganda,
Useless presidents,
And a generation without a conscience.

So sad! It is really a lame poem, but lamest i can not tell! It tells of the lameness of this generation of young people, lameness of a people to feel and care. Well done Becky, keep writing we need to hear voices like yours.
