The Last Hour Poem by Romeo Michael

The Last Hour

Tears of blood
Flood my world
As I grip this pen
My world starts to spin
Maybe it was all those Vicodin
That I shoved down my throat
Right before I started writing you this suicide note
Because baby you was my sweet addiction
But I think im about to overdose
Only thing in my sight is death
Sitting here waiting nervously for my last breath
These pills are taking to long
Im still in this place where I don’t belong
Because you ripped my world apart
And I have no duck tape
There has to be a faster escape
I reach for some more pills
My body is instantly overtaken with chills
Crushing up the Percs
I start to smirk
Because I know after snorting some lines
I will be just fine
A couple minutes and a lot of sniffs later
I am much satisfied knowing I wont see you later
Tick Tock, Tick Tock
My life is on a short clock
Waiting impatiently for my time to be up
Ugh this isn’t fun
Its been a hour since my suicide attempt begun
Fxck it, ill just use the gun…
