The Letter
Written in red
Sealed with a kiss
Inside, my last goodbye wish.
Take my hand
Hold it tight
Promise me that
It'll be alright.
I'll hand you the letter
Kiss your cheek
Walk off slowly
And watch your knees go weak.
You try to run to me
But you'll see
Me put my hand on the trigger
And fall to my knees.
