I got the letter inside a photograph
of my brothers at arms
I only wish the news was better
but the picture made me laugh
cause bobby was always with the jokes
and johnny was are lucky charm
billy always with the smokes
together
we were brothers at arms,
the letter also said
that billy got sick die in bed
bobby can't sleep to many nightmares
and johnny put a bullet into his head
and I act like I wasn't even there
still we were brothers at arms
oh I got the letter
inside a photograph
and with all that I have read
the picture still make me laugh
my brothers at arms
