Every morning I wake up
I see this light outside my window
It energizes me
And makes me happy

I think about this light when I'm sad
Or when I'm mad
And it puts a smile on my face
And sets my heart at ease

One morning I woke up
Saw the light
And walked outside
To find that the light

Was actually you
You're my light
You're the one that gets me going
And keeps me going
You're the light that keeps my world alive
Without you
I'd be blind
