The Marketplace Poem by Tony Adah

The Marketplace

Of the world
It is a huge marketplace
With wares, buyers and sellers
Homeward goes
For good of for bad
Both buyers and sellers
At the consummation of transactions.

Goods may not sell
Buyers may not buy
But homegoing is a call
No one can ignore.
