'The Mentor Of Peace' {article I Paragraph(S) 3,4 And 5}

It is so destined, that such a 'Mentor' should and must be willing to make available to less fortunate, peaceful, sibling lands, all the knowledge and assistance that may pertain to freedom, that they themselves have acquired. And that peace is understood to be the resulting gift left over from any fight for freedom.
Through the grace of God, the willingness of men and countless souls lost, did a first nation obtain it's own wish to be unencumbered by the tyranny of another. And as this first nation
appears to be free through out the world, there will come others that wish to rest upon this lofty mantle. Others less fortunate, without the resources or assistance needed to fully understand the prospects and accomplishments of peace.
The hopes and dreams of any sibling land must not be dashed through the reservations of an unmindful benefactor.
Shall the borders populated by the author of our modern day freedom or 'The Mentor of Peace' be the only borders to rely upon the contract of a mighty protector? Will the first nations that will climb this treacherous ladder and witness the hark of sweet freedom, turn a deaf ear or blind eye, disreguarding the pleas of any other endangered nation or land on earth. A nation that has unknowingly or in a weakend state, engaged its borders and citizens in this perilous race for freedom? It maybe the logic of some who reside in freedom and peace to attend the latter. A belief that it is not an obligation to extend passionate assistance to any in these important matters. However, true logic dictates that the former must prevail if the Mentor is to maintain this freedom and peace through the advent of time. This 'Mentor of Peace' must feverishly broaden its borders with the ideology of 'a land that is truly free'. And that cherished gift that has earned this state of being, referred to as 'Peace'.
