The Mightiest Rivers Poem by Saiom Shriver

The Mightiest Rivers

The mightiest rivers
begin as a pooling of dew,
a melting of snowflakes,
a gathering of raindrops
which grace the grass
as they begin
from the mountaintop
their majestic march
til finally past
the delta'd marsh
they flow onward
invincibly to the sea.
