The Moment Poem by C.H. Seow

The Moment

The twinkling stars in the night,
Watching me fallen asleep,
Every night;
Every single night.

I was sent here by God,
Someone who cared the most;
Someone who loved with all His heart
Never failed.
I saw him in the stars of hope,
No matter how bright the shines;

I glimpsed up,
and I prayed silently,
whereby tears dripped out
like beads of the broken necklace…
My heart ached,
The cruel sting I ever had.

Somewhere behind those stars,
He saw my weeping heart,
He heard my silent sobs…
Wait…
He is there,
He has been my guiding light for my life;
God is always there with me.
The moment sparkled,
To be cherished everlastingly
I found Him in my deepest prayers,
I found eternity…
