The Moth - Poem by Justin Tallman

Nocturnal
flapping powdery wings
flying beneath
the midnight

Alone
counting stars
after running out of sheep
The metamorphosis
of thoughts
into dreams

Here
socializing
with I
in this conversation
I get reacquainted
with my soul

This was inspired by the strange presence of a moth in my house.
