The Mourning (Benazir Bhutto) - Poem by Waqas Naeem

The grim colours of our mourning
rise in a flowery mist
and form a beautiful image of Her
a breathing,
boldly smiling image...

and it's very difficult to shake that image off from memory
it's very difficult to let go of our colours of mourning...

its very difficult to let go of our colours of mourning! !

    So little she lived
    her henna
    her blood
    her breath
    and dust
    all become one-

    Sure missed (Report) Reply
