The Neighbourhood of Childhood

Mind was a free bird then soaring up in the sky
No how, no what, no when and why
Naive young times were those, beyond any words
Could you revamp the same charisma, give it a try
No time would ever reinstate the era like then
How I wish I could bring back the childhood again

Timeless were those beautiful lovingly years
Think of those n they fill eyes with tears
Carefree cheery were those days and time
Happy go lucky spirit with no qualms no fears
No time would ever reinstate the era like then
How I wish I could bring back the childhood again

Gone are those days, those dazzling early days
So soon and how, why do we get over those phase
Only we realize the charm after they are spent
Lovely those times wouldn’t return in any possible ways
No time would ever reinstate the era like then
How I wish I could bring back the childhood again
