The obituary column
is a must for me to read.
My obsession with this column
is quite strange I will concede.
I wouldn't miss the evening news
without checking every name.
And skip it even for one day,
would really be a shame.
My reading of this long, long list
must be totally complete.
If my name's not on the sheet,
one more day the devil I cheat!
