The Origin Of Satisfaction Poem by Chaarzarul Rockett

The Origin Of Satisfaction

Was I your break
Or your biggest mistake
How much love
Does it take?

All I had
I gave to you
What else does a poor boy
Have to do?

And yet, when I asked
You said no
But with richer men
You were sure to go.

And still I wonder
How you could say
You loved me truly
And I didn't stay.
