The Other Side Poem by Frederick Torres

The Other Side

I often wonder, about the other side,
Are we conscience, who's our guide.
Is there light or dark out there,
Or are there things to beware.
I often wonder about the other side,
Should we run, or even hide.
Are there people who will care,
Offer kindness, even share.
No more hate, no more worry,
Never having to say - Oh! I'm sorry.
Seeing loved ones, once again.
Hoping this time, there's no end.
