The Photograph
Some people say a photograph
Can steal a persons soul,
A moment time has all but lost,
Which leaves you less than whole
But I believe a picture shows,
How happy that we were,
A time when I was drunk with love,
A time when I'm with her
So take my picture all you like,
No need to steal my soul,
I'll give it to you piece by piece,
Your love shall hold it whole.
