The Portrait Of A Young Lady Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Portrait Of A Young Lady

Life,
Wrong friends will lead you on!
Only on wrong roads;
Falling deep into sin.
Reality,
The realities of life!
With the anarchy of the pleasures of the earth engulfiny many;
In drugs and sex,
Swinging in the hands of bad company.
The portrait of a young lady,
Lost along the muse of life,
Engulfed with the pleasures of this world,
And, playing the harlot with all men.
