The Promise You Forgot

the expression on your face is changing

and you're becoming less defined

this diet isn't healthy

just living on your lies

the ground you're built on

is drifting further from me

but maybe it has to take

something like this for you to see

i cried for you

i'd have died for you

giving everything away

just so you could say

goodbye forever

tonight is the last

we'll ever be together

up until that point

all my belief was in you

there's still that promise

you didn't stick too

and every night i still cry

your picture's still on my wall

i feel my heart bleeding

cus i know that you're never gonna call
