The Proverbs 31 Woman Poem by Meggie Gultiano

The Proverbs 31 Woman

Rating: 5.0

The Proverbs 31 Woman

She's a woman who fears the Lord
Gets up before daylight
Preparing food for her family
A hard worker, she knows the value
Of everything she makes
Very focused in everything she does

She knows very well
That her family will be blessed
With the fruits of her labor
A passionate lover of God
Adored by her husband
Whose beauty comes from within
And her unfading beauty of a gentle and quite spirit

She makes it a point
To remind everybody
That life is beautiful
And to enjoy each day to the fullest
She deserves the respect of everyone
She deserves the love and devotion from me

And i thank God for giving me a Proverbs 31 woman
in my life..my late Mother

Thank you for the read and leaving your nice heart print.

I was very moved by this Meggie as some of your passages reminded me of my own dear late mother. We can pick our friends but certainly not our parents and so many children are unlucky with what they get... luckily mine were not too bad.

Meggie, we have learned from the best... and I can only hope that what I learned from my mother will be passed down to my children. With her love she has shown me so much about the world and all its beauty, to be the best person I can be, and to love and serve my God. I love your poems about your mother, I believe our mothers were so similar that we ARE kapatid :) Mas maganda, kapatid... Liwan
