The Question Poem by Doc. Smooth

The Question

Rating: 5.0

As I sit here with my soul all twisted.
She won't even answer the simplest question.
In the silence I fear I hear the answer.
Spineless coward, can't even face me with a letter.
Why do you find me such an unworthy contender?
Oh no, not another question that will never be answered.

Very intense emotions Karen. I related this to my own relationship with my mother. Great write! Sincerely, Mary

Yes, yes...I hear you. It's awfully annoying when someone leaves you hanging. If people could just be honest and tell you how they feel. It would be a wonderful world. Very cute poem Karen, keep em coming.
