The Quiet Butterfly

The Quiet Butterfly,
Was All Alone,
Sitting in Her Cocoon,
As She had Grown,
She was Fed Up,
She wanted to be Free!

As She Fought,
She Finally Said,
'I'm All Alone,
I want to be Dead',

She Fought And Fought,
Every Day,
Trying to get Past the Walls,
Trying to get away!

But then there was a Whisper,
A little Voice to be heard,
' Don't give Up,
I'll help you! '
She heard

But then that Tiny Whisper,
Grew and Grew,
until Finally The Butterfly Flew!

Then one day the Butterfly said,
' I love you,
Can't you see,
You are the one for me! '

The Whisper Grew and Grew,
Until Finally,
That Little Whisper Came out of its Cocoon,

The Butterfly's Whisper Said,
' But Will You Love me,
Until your Dead? '

The Butterfly said,
' Of Course! ,
Until I'm Dead! '

The Butterflies Smiled,
As they thought,
' That'll be Awhile '

Poem of the Day

poet Sir Walter Raleigh

EVEN such is Time, that takes in trust
Our youth, our joys, our all we have,
And pays us but with earth and dust;
Who in the dark and silent grave,
