History's evergreens
Inventors, explorers,
Pioneers, creators...
So the marvel unfurls.
Philosophers, great thinkers,
Poets, composers,
Authors, barons and earls.
No wonder loyal hearts sing
No wonder memorial bells ring.
May the swan-song continue
From century to century.
