You are walking down a path smooth and wide
Safe and stable, with pretty flowers growing at the side
Yet you feel anxious, nervous and jumpy
This path so smooth, for you feels bumpy
You want to leave this secure, peaceful grove
And walk by the cliff's edge, where the strong wind blows
Where the earth is slippery, treacherous and unstable
Here you feel safe, strong and able
Yet this is where danger is all around
Why not return to the path built on stable ground
Let your anxiety flow away from you
This path is very safe, feel its security flood through
