The Scare-Bird
The scare-bird has no wings, and wears a cape.
Its beak is metallic.
His purpose it to frighten away the Straw Men and Women
Who try to climb to the clouds,
Even though the winds blow them to pieces;
Something they value is up in the clouds-
Must be.
