When in love;

Heart-beats sound harmony
When in understanding;

Heart-beats pound
In pain and hurt;

Heart-beats refuse to sound
In avoidance, rejection, grief, sorrow or melancholy;

Heart-beats sound silence
When in communion with God;

Heart-beats are our sounds of life
Soundings of pleasantness, sorrow, hurt, pain, peace and bliss;

We must sound, feel, think, experience and understand
Sound matters for our heart-beats to be
Rhythmic, regular and sound
Which keep us in sound health
Sounding our well-being and wellness

In body, heart, mind and spirit
