What do you think this poem is about?

The Spear (A Whiteman's Painting)

He named it 'the spear'
and at the feet
he did not mind
but after one single hit
he himself failed to find

The definition
was very much tormenting
as he knew his revolution
was widely cruelly scattering
Could he be blind?

Here is that painting
whose message might very racial
though the unfortunate response was challenging
the anger grew yet so national

a white man's art
that saw making a huge fight
here he thought of innovation
but never got the standing ovation
How could he have said it was freedom of expression?

Instead he insulted the values
and his name in the day's news
as to how he thought of creativity
was just of pure stupidity

a white man's work
truly it turned to be so black
I could have said in art he was the best
but that made him one of the rest

the display of the president's genitals on a protrait
was an insult that one shall never procray
as he failed to comprehend all the spheres
he then went on to name it 'the spear'
Its all a pitty he had no fear
