The Stork, The Cabbage Patch And... Poem by Dee Daffodil

The Stork, The Cabbage Patch And...

Rating: 3.3

Conversation with a three year old over lunch...

'Hey Mommy! I remember when I was this big...'
Holding thumb and forefinger about an inch apart

'really Buddy...that's fantastic! '
Humouring him...

'Cuz I could fit in your mouth...'

Oh Oh...I think I see where this is going...

'Cuz I remember being in your tummy
And seeing all the food you ate...'

Hmmm...I suppose someday
I'll have to straighten him out
But for now...I wonder...
Can it really do any harm
To let him think I eat children? ?

I'm sure that Spock and Freud
Would have lots to say
About that!

Yeah, I love kids but couldn't eat a whole one. The innocence would probably choke me! Ez

Dee, I know that folks are a bit more liberal in Canada, BUT... This I need to know - - - , are they better with a gentle vinegarette or tomato sauce?
