Heart beats are racing

Going faster than time

Trying to escape our pasts

Trying to flee from our crimes

No matter which way we go

Or which way we turn

There are lessons to be taught

And even way more to learn

So we sit and wonder

Thinking of our past

Holding on to great moments

Hoping it will last

Looking at life from different views

Wondering what could have been

Waiting to see which actions we'll choose

Trying to make sense of everything

Trying to make sense of it all

We gat back up

No matter how many times we fall

So, we keep treading

And never back down

Till we sit on our thrones

And wear our Golden Crowns
