The Sun
The crimson sun lowering behind the water
A globe descending beneath the water
The sun giving off light is gone
The sun
So wise
It gives me strength
It feeds the trees, it feeds the grass, it feeds the life
The sun
So wise
Shameless sun, beating down on their backs
Burning the life away from them
Not caring about the victims
No matter who is burning
You still shine
Filling every corner of darkness
Keeping the chill from the ground
Leaving only silhouettes
Glisten like the sun
Don’t be so shallow, Love like the Sun
It gives warmth to everyone
The largest object in this universe
In ancient history a god
It’s magnetic pull is deathly
So strong, the Sun
Blinded
Beautiful light
Embracing
Rays of light
Small from far away
Giant up close: The sun
