The Suppressed Persons Poem by Akhtar Jawad

The Suppressed Persons

Rating: 5.0

You are weak suppressed and maltreated,
you look for justice and it's denied to you.
Do you think it's because of your religion and belief?
Do you think it's because of your color, cast or creed?
Do you think it's because of the language you speak?
Do you think it's because of the nation you are living?
No Sweetheart, no,
the world is inhabited by two groups of person,
one is the group of mighty and wealthy masters,
and the other is the group of ignorant slaves,
this has been happening ever since Adam and Eve,
and this will go on forever, forever,
Who can change this painful fate!
Don't you see a few of you worked hard,
got power and wealth,
but what happened after that?
They left the group of suppressed persons,
And joined the mighty group of masters!

A Wonderful write on suppressed person compared to mighty group. I loved the concept. Loved reading it.

A brillhiant poem, Akhtar Jawad Sahab! There are always two kinds-the good and bad, the pure and evil, the eternal and non-eternal ! Wish the human beings would rise above the man-made differences and Freedom from suppression. A great write and a full score. Thanks a lot1
