The Symphony Of Insanity Poem by Robbie Squires

The Symphony Of Insanity

As I gaze into the unwanted space
Of time, and life, and the human race
It reminds me of a year
“when the doorknob broke”
Don’t let this fool us
There are many ways in
But “theres no way out of here”
Take it from guild master bob
Or some other members: Bruce, John, and Rob
There are ways in
But in, youll forever be
“you can check out anytime you like, but you can ever leave”

theres a song about a man
who brings gold to his wife
gold in exchange for his life
that cruel sadistic woman is the antichrist
he dies in the end
not by her, but by his own hand
the way a woman hates you
can fatally deteriorate a man

symphonizing nine number one hits
on the Billboards top 13,000 list
can and will make one mans ear split

the madmans rage threw him through the door
he flew like hes never flown before
that man was going “in through the out door”
he fell to his death from the fourth floor
the earth had gone sideways in the blink of an eye
we are upside down, life is drained
we need to say goodbye
to the world we live
and the lives we fry
as one we lived
and anonymously we die
