The Thin Veil (Fear)

the thin veil that
seperates us from each other
is only fear disguised,

fear
....of
.......ourselves....

fear of the reflection
of ourselves in each other....

fear
....of
......our
. .......own
...........failures...

fear< br>....of
......our
........own
........ ..mortality!

it is sad that often it is easier to turn our backs on those we should embrace, rather than facing that fear. Brilliant poem. (Report) Reply

Of Earth may shrive me of the sin
